…When you hold it right

The content shared on this blog is based solely on my personal experience, reflections, and recovery journey. This blog is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. It exists to share what I’ve gone through—raw, real, and unfiltered—in the hope that my story might help others feel less alone, more empowered, and better informed as they navigate their own path. My goal is to shed light on the everyday realities of living with chronic illness, trauma, and recovery. These are the parts of healing people don’t always talk about—but they matter. If even one person can avoid the pain I’ve been through or feel inspired to take their first step forward, then sharing my experience will have been worth it. Please always do your own research as I have, and consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional before making any decisions related to your health or treatment. It was formally codified in the Copyright Act of 1976, § 107. If a source is readily available we include it - if not, we assume anything we use is public use. We do not use other artists artwork nor would we want to.. we are not interested in accepting anything for this (our blog is free to the public and will always be!) … if work touches us the right way, our use is a simply meant as a complement.. because even pain glitters, when you hold it right. We are also human, and we welcome a respectful, friendly email, and are happy to remove anything added accidentally.
